LKT FOUNDATION
MISSION.
The Lauren Kelsey Talbot Memorial Scholarship Awards are given to those high school seniors who have participated in tennis, soccer, or in the field of media arts. The winners may not have a name you would associate with the word superstar on the field, but they would be individuals who would be a star to those around them in the pursuit of friendship, and fellowship in the community and school.
Lauren loved making movies, and music. Her goal was to become a cinematographer. Her individuality and creativity are an inspiration to those who follow in her footsteps.
Lauren’s Legacy lives on through these finest examples of the “free spirit”, and those who think sports are about fun, winning is a bonus, everyone deserves their “15 minutes” of fame, and give their time and love to those in need.
